ПРОБЛЕМЫ ВЫСОТНОЙ ЗАСТРОЙКИ САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГА В КОНТЕКСТЕ СУЩЕСТВУЮЩЕГО КУЛЬТУРНОГО НАСЛЕДИЯ

В статье рассматривается архитектурная организация высотного строительства Санкт-Петербурга на фоне веками сложившейся исторической застройки. Петербург предусматривает особые градостроительные решения и подходы в пространстве существующей урбанистической проблемы, которая предполагает учет современных реалий и интересов горожан. Целью статьи явился анализ современных градостроительных решений северной столицы, постановка вопросов стилевой гармонии в синтезе «старого» и «нового». Методы исследования: историко-архитектурный взгляд на существующую проблематику позволил в рамках обзорной статьи обрисовать некоторые перспективы решения сложившейся урбанистической ситуации в городе, провести аналогии с зарубежным опытом. Актуальность работы заключается в важности освещения обозначенных вопросов, требующих со стороны историков, архитекторов, строителей профессионального решения.

PROBLEMS OF HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS IN ST. PETERSBURG IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EXISTING CULTURAL HERITAGE

The article discusses the architectural organization of highrise construction in St. Petersburg against the background of centuries of historical development. St. Petersburg provides special urban planning solutions and approaches in the space of the existing urban problem, which involves taking into account modern realities and the interests of citizens. The purpose of the article was to analyze modern urban planning solutions of the northern capital, to raise questions of stylistic harmony in the synthesis of "old" and "new". Research methods: a historical and architectural view of the existing problems, allowed in the framework of the review article to outline some prospects for solving the current urban situation in the city, to draw analogies with foreign experience. The relevance of the work lies in the importance of highlighting the identified issues that require professional solutions from historians, architects, builders.
