В докладе рассматриваются новые подходы к сопряжению высшего образования и сферы труда. Выявлено влияние выбора образовательной модели на характер разрешения обозначенной проблемы. При этом особое значение приобретает полнота набора инструментов, обеспечивающих достижение поставленных целей в рамках принятой образовательной модели. Отмечается, что одним из конструктивных подходов к сопряжению высшего образования и сферы труда является индивидуализация образовательных программ.

NEW POINT OF VIEW ON THE CONJUGATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND THE SPHERE OF WORK

The report explores new approaches to the conjugation of higher education and the sphere of work. The impact of the choice of the educational model on the nature of the resolution of the problem has been revealed. At the same time, the completeness of the set of tools that ensure the achievement of the goals within the framework of the accepted educational model becomes of particular importance. It is noted that one of the constructive approaches to the pairing of higher education and the field of work is the individualization of educational programs.
