Нельзя отрицать тот факт, что в современном мире с целью поддержания конкурентоспособности и дальнейшего процветания компании, интеграция цифровых решений является не опциональной возможностью, а необходимостью. Но внедрение цифровых решений бросает иные вызовы для организации, в частности для операционного менеджмента. Если все процессы в организации будут автоматизированы, то чем управлять? В данной статье освещены роль и влияние цифровизации на операционный менеджмент. Так же приведены причины и примеры, выявляющие ценность человеческих ресурсов и определены направления развития организации для эффективной интеграции цифровых технологий в операционный менеджмент.

The development of digital technologies has a significant impact on both management systems and management methods of the organization as a whole. The fact that in the modern world in order to maintain competitiveness and further prosperity of the company, the integration of digital solutions is not an optional opportunity, but a necessity, cannot be denied. But the introduction of digital solutions poses other challenges for the organization, in 63 particular for operational management. If all processes in the organization will be automated, then what to manage? This article highlights the role and impact of digitalization on operational management. Causes and examples are also presented that reveal the value of human resources and the directions of development of the organization for the effective integration of digital technologies in operational management are identified.
