Nevertheless, international relations as a discipline emerged a little over half a century ago, but the first department of international relations, which, of course, was more concerned with the study of the history of international relations, was created in 1919 at the University of Wales in England. The fact that international relations arose at that time was by no means accidental. The reason is that there were various events that complicate international relations.
