ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ЦИФРОВОГО РАЗВИТИЯ ЭКОНОМИКИ СТРАН ПЕРСИДСКОГО ЗАЛИВА

В статье обоснованы необходимость и возможность цифрового развития стран Персидского залива в условиях глобальной цифровой трансформации. Необходимость предопределяется растущими негативными тенденциями в мировой экономике, особенно волатильностью на мировом рынке нефти и глобальной пандемией, в результате которой спрос на нефть снижается. Все это требует от стран ССАГПЗ поиска новых возможностей для устойчивого экономического развития. Возможности цифрового развития странам ССАГПЗ обеспечивает значительное накопление финансовых ресурсов, трансфер технологий и развитие мобильных платформ.

The report substantiates the necessity and possibility of digital development of the Gulf countries in the context of global digital transformation. The need is determined by the growing negative trends in the global economy, especially the volatility in the global oil market and the global pandemic, as a result of which the demand for oil is declining. All this requires the GCC countries to find new opportunities for sustainable economic development. Digital development opportunities for GCC countries are provided by a significant accumulation of financial resources, technology transfer, and the development of mobile platforms.
