К вопросу о цифровизации контроля

В статье рассматриваются вопросы целесообразности цифровизации государственного финансового контроля, о преимуществах получаемых органами в результате автоматизации их функций и полномочий, даны рекомендации в части развития программного продукта, который используется органом контроля (на примере органа исполнительной власти субъекта Российской Федерации осуществляющего внутренний государственный финансовый контроль).

The article discusses the issues of the feasibility of digitalization of state financial control, the benefits received by the authorities as a result of automation of their functions and powers, recommendations are given regarding the development of a software product that is used by the control authority (on the example of the executive authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation exercising internal state financial control).
