ПОНЯТИЕ, ПРИЗНАКИ И ОСНОВНАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ТОТАЛИТАРНОГО ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОГО РЕЖИМА

Статья посвящена анализу тоталитарного политического режима как функциональной и динамической характеристики государства. Изучены особенности соотношения тоталитарного и других антидемократических режимов. Рассматривается вопрос о существовании систем скрытого тоталитаризма, функционирующих на основе характерного для общества постмодерна механизма манипуляции сознанием и поведением масс.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the totalitarian political regime as a functional and dynamic characteristic of the state. The features of the correlation between totalitarian and other anti-democratic regimes are studied. The question of the existence of systems of hidden totalitarianism functioning on the basis of the mechanism of manipulation of consciousness and behavior of the masses characteristic of postmodern society is considered.
