В статье рассматриваются вопросы методология оценки влияния экономического ущерба от межсистемных аварий на критических инфраструктурах на социально-экономическую систему страны. Статья состоит из следующих разделов: 1) введения, 2) анализа качественной оценки связей между составляющими экономического ущерба от МСА и основными макроэкономическими показателями ВВП и НБ, 3) интерпретацией полученных результатов, 4) выводов.

Methodology for assessing the impact of economic damage from intersystem accidents at critical infrastructures on the socio-economic system of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the issues of methodology for assessing the impact of economic damage from intersystem accidents on critical infrastructures on the socio-economic system of the country. The article consists of the following sections: 1) introduction, 2) analysis of the qualitative assessment of the links between the components of the economic damage from the ISA and the main macroeconomic indicators of GDP and NB, 3) interpretation of the results, 4) conclusions.
