THE CONTOURS OF THE BRICS DIALOGUE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

The BRICS countries currently play an important role in the development of effective multilateral cooperation in various areas of economic and technological development of national economies. Together, the BRICS countries occupy significant positions in the global economic system and strengthen inter-regional socio-economic integration. Globally, they account for up to 30% of the territory, 43% of the population and 21% of the GDP, 17.3% of trade in goods, 12.7% of trade in commercial services and 45% of agricultural production.
