The chapter is devoted to “case management” in the electronic courts of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the implementation of some reforms in 2018 in the country on the provision of effective and efficient services for the delivery of cases in the electronic court. Electronic case management is the orderly use of an electronic system for conducting electronic office work, obtaining court documents, including requests, copies, duplicates, and verdicts, delivery, and storage of documents. Thus, the electronic management system applies to civil, religious, military, and state administrative cases, a significant event radically different from the pre-reform period. The whole process is carried out based on digital standards of information technology service and management, provided for by the Supreme Court’s Chief Justice. The president of the court also acts as a controlling entity. He oversees the electronic litigation process and services. The active introduction of information technologies in Indonesia predetermined the country’s economic growth since it is a prerequisite for this process. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
