The analysis of current data on the prevalence of various forms of urinary incontinence in women is presented, and the relevant aspects of surgical treatment of patients with mixed forms of urinary incontinence combined with pelvic organ prolapse are considered. The methods of surgical correction of urinary incontinence used in urogynecology practice are described. The comparative study of the results of surgical interventions, including video endoscopy and robot-assisted surgery, as well as alternative non-surgical methods of urinary incontinence treatment in women is performed.
