Human resource management is one of the most important parts in the organization of work, which can increase the efficiency and competitiveness of a modern enterprise. The process of globalization stimulates the development of management systems in an international company, since it has to work simultaneously in several states. The article is devoted to the study of the history and experience of human resource management in international companies.
