Phase Equilibria in the Pr2O3-VO system

The phase diagram of the Pr2O3-VO system is studied by physicochemical methods. A new semi-conducting phase of the perovskite-type structure is found in the system. Unit cell parameters of the phases found in a broad concentration range are determined.
