In Guinea people have a negative perception of disability. for many, peoples with disabilities are not full-fledged people, therefore people without dignity or autonomy, people whose most basic human rights are ignored, flouted because they are considered inferior to others. This condition places them in a situation of extreme vulnerability, facing these treatments; they are sometimes forced to migrate from rural areas to cities, although the situation is difficult for those who are living in the city. To survive, most of them are forced to beg. NGOs, certain institutions and the government are helping the most deprived, but the situation does not seem to be under control, the problems persist up to date. This article addresses the issue of the vulnerability of disabled persons in Guinea, showing current trends of disability in Guinea, the Impacts on their rights and their rights under Guinean Legislation. it makes some recommendations to uphold, promote and protect the rights of people with disabilities in Guinea
