ИДЕОЛОГИЯ ЕВРАЗИЙСТВА ВО ВНЕШНЕЙ ПОЛИТИКЕ СТРАН ШАНХАЙСКОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА: КОМПАРАТИВНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ

В конце ХХ - начале XXI вв. термин «Евразия» не только в странах бывшего СССР, но и на Западе стал употребляться, помимо своего традиционного значения названия континента, еще и для наименования постсоветского пространства «без коннотаций советского наследия». Относительно постсоветского пространства (за исключением Грузии и стран Балтии) иногда употребляется название «Малая Евразия». После разрушения Советского Союза во вновь образованных государствах (кроме стран Балтии) у власти утвердились «патрональные» группировки, образовав соответствующие иерархические структуры. Характерно, что эти государственные образования приобрели признаки демократических режимов. В отдельных постсоветских странах, особенно в Центральной Азии, такие режимы с их иерархическими пирамидами оказались достаточно устойчивыми и даже демонстрируют тенденцию к самовоспроизводству.

In the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries, the term "Eurasia "began to be used not only in the countries of the former USSR, but also in the West, in addition to its traditional meaning of the name of the continent, also for the name of the post-Soviet space"without connotations of the Soviet heritage". In relation to the post-Soviet space (with the exception of Georgia and the Baltic States), the name "Little Eurasia"is sometimes used. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the newly formed states (except for the Baltic States) established "patronage" groups in power, forming the corresponding hierarchical structures. It is characteristic that these state entities have acquired the characteristics of democratic regimes. In some post-Soviet countries, especially in Central Asia, such regimes with their hierarchical pyramids have proved to be quite stable and even show a tendency to self-reproduction.
