Ландшафтная архитектура - важная часть мира. Наряду с этим фактом, она оказывает большое влияние на человека с помощью запаха. Запахи окружают нас повсюду, и с самого рождения мы тесно зависим от запахов. Уже более века ученые исследуют область ароматерапии и задаются вопросом, почему один запах может улучшить здоровье, например, снять головную боль. Причина кроется во взаимосвязи запаха и гормональной системы. Запахи вызывают прилив "гормонов счастья" и тем самым восстанавливают активность организма. Особое внимание следует уделить роли запаха в работе желудочно-кишечного тракта. Около 60% испытуемых эксперимента забыли о таких понятиях, как дисбактериоз, плохое состояние кожи и выпадение волос. Оказывается, нервная и пищеварительная системы тесно связаны, и одна проблема вытекает из другой. Итак, мы можем сформулировать гипотезу о том, что грамотный подбор запаха в озеленении поможет как в работе нервной системы, так и в работе пищеварительной системы.

Influence of smell in landscape architecture

Landscape architecture is an important part of the world. Along with this fact, it has a great influence on a person with the help of smell. Odors surround us everywhere and from birth we are closely dependent on scents. For more than a century, scientists have been researching the field of aromatherapy and wondering why a single smell can improve health or, for example, remove a headache. The reason lies in the relationship of smell and the hormonal system. Smells cause a rush of "happiness hormones" and thus restore the body's activity. Special attention should be paid to the role of smell in the gastrointestinal tract. About 60% of the subjects of the experiment forgot about such concepts as dysbiosis, poor skin condition and hair loss. It turns out that the nervous and digestive systems are closely connected and one problem follows from the other. So, we can formulate a hypothesis that aromatherapy will help both in the work of the nervous system and in the digestive system.
