ИСТОРИЯ СКРИНИНГА В ОНКОЛОГИИ

Статья посвящена истории скрининга в онкологии. Исследование основывается на российских и зарубежных статьях по истории онкологии, публикациях создателей диагностических методов и на отчетах о клинических испытаниях скрининговых методов. Были изучены американские и российские клинические рекомендации по скринингу онкологических заболеваний за последние несколько десятилетий. Был сделан вывод, что рекомендации по скринингу рака менялись в соответствии с результатами клинических испытаний.

THE HISTORY OF SCREENING IN ONCOLOGY

The article is devoted to the history of screening in oncology. The research bases on the Russian and foreign articles about the history of oncology, the works of the creators of the diagnostic methods and on the reports of the clinical trials of screening methods. The American and Russian recommendations about the screening of cancer from the last decades were analyzed. It was concluded that the screening recommendations chanced because of the results of clinical trials.
