Принятие управленческих решений в сфере финансов способствует своевременной ликвидации проблем внутри организации и за ее пределами. Ключевым фактором для оценки менеджмента финансовой деятельности организации стал системный подход, позволяющий структурировать возникшие проблемы в текущем моменте и перспективе. В данной работе обозначены задачи и цели оценки подсистем менеджмента финансовой деятельности организация, предоставлена классификация диагностических методов, а также механизмы, принципы диагностики. Предложена эффективная система информационной поддержки, сопутствующая принятию управленческих решений для оптимизации всех финансовых потоков на фирме.

A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO DIAGNOSING THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF AN ENTERPRISE

Making managerial decisions in the field of finance contributes to the timely elimination of problems within the organization and outside it. The key factor for assessing the management of the organization's financial activities has become a systematic approach that allows you to structure the problems that have arisen in the current moment and in the future. In this work, the tasks and goals of the assessment of the financial management subsystems of the organization are identified, a classification of diagnostic methods is provided, as well as the mechanisms, principles of diagnostics. An effective information support system is proposed that accompanies the adoption of managerial decisions to optimize all financial flows in the company.
