The research aims to provide a systematic academic analysis of the political reform process in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by highlighting the Consultative Council which is a body that works to provide advice and proposes regulations, and decisions that the Prime Minister ratifies and approves in addition to the powers that the system granted him, and tries to clarify the work of the Council. The aim of is to provide suggestions for how the council should function and organize its own committees and give a future view of the Consultative Council as a legislative authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by granting it powers that are commensurate with the nature of the political system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
