В статье представлены историко-правовые аспекты регулирования интеллектуальной собственности в Республике Молдова, проведен анализ действующего национального законодательства, которое систематически совершенствуется с целью полного соответствия международным требованиям и стандартам. Выявлены основные цели и направления национальной стратегии в области интеллектуальной собственности для осуществления защиты использования интеллектуальной собственности как ключевого инструмента в создании условий для перехода Республики Молдова к инновационной модели экономического развития.

Historical and legal aspects of the regulation of intellectual property in the Republic of Moldova

The article presents the historical and legal aspects of the regulation of intellectual property in the Republic of Moldova, analyzes the current national legislation, which is systematically improved in order to fully comply with international requirements and standards. The main goals and directions of the national strategy in the field of intellectual property for the implementation of the protection of the use of intellectual property as a key tool in creating conditions for the transition of the Republic of Moldova to an innovative model of economic development are identified.
