PREPARING FOR OFFICIAL PUBLIC SPEAKING AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE TEACHING SYSTEM OF DIPLOMATIC DISCOURSE

The diplomacy of conferences is a field of professional activity of specialists in international relations, which can also be called a sphere of increased speech responsibility. Along with the ability to express one's thoughts in a written form, specialists in this field of activity should fully master the "art" and the ability to speak. This implies, among other things, the ability to determine the content for disclosing both general and specific topics and to prepare the text of the speech in a certain "genre format" in accordance with the goal in view and extra-linguistic context. Preparation of a specialist in international relations for the speech consists of several stages, which must be fully implemented in order to present a qualitative speech. The article analyzes in detail activities for preparation of the official speech, examines all the stages of preparing students for a public speech and proposes a system of exercises to develop and improve skills to effectively implement this type of activity.
