Planning is a challenging in the management of construction projects. Without planning or scheduling it is difficult to expect the success of any project. This research aims to identify the impact of effective sustainable scheduling in achieving quality of construction projects, To do that, a questionnaire was developed and two main hypotheses were formulated to find the extent of correlation and effect between the proposed variables of planning (inclusiveness, clarity, realistic, flexibility, selection) and the proposed variables of quality (reliability-responsiveness – tangible). To test the validity of the hypotheses and answer the research questions, the analytical descriptive approach and appropriate statistical tests were used, The results indicated a strong correlation and impact of planning in quality dimensions, and in the light of these results the conclusions were formulated, the most important of which was the realization of the research sample that project planning was not at the required level in terms of quality. © 2021 Alpha Publishers.
