Dilatonic black hole dyon-like solution in the gravitational 4d model with two scalar fields and two 2-forms, governed by two 2-dimensional dilatonic coupling vectors obeying, i = 1, 2, is found. Some physical parameters of the solutions are obtained: gravitational mass, scalar charge, Hawking temperature, black hole area entropy and parametrized post-Newtonian (PPN) parameters β and γ.
