Повышение информационной прозрачности деятельности предприятий как условие развития рынка ценных бумаг Вьетнама

В предлагаемой статье авторы дают общую оценку сложившейся ситуации в области информационной прозрачности деятельности участников рынка ценных бумаг Вьетнама. Проводя сопоставление с правовыми условиями предоставления информации публичными компаниями и реальным положением дел, авторы выявляют ряд проблем, связанных с качеством предоставляемой информации на рынке ценных бумаг Вьетнама, показывают, чему отвечают и что ограничивают новые требования о публикации информации. Наряду с этим авторы также оценивают состояние дел с публикацией информации у публичных компаний на рынке ценных бумаг, предлагают пути решения сложившихся проблем, направленные на повышение качества информационных публикаций на предстоящий период.

Enhancing information transparency of enterprises as a condition for the development of the securities market of Vietnam

In this article the authors give an overall assessment of the situation in the field of information transparency of the securities market in Vietnam. Comparing with the legal conditions of providing information by public companies and the actual situation, the authors reveal a number of problems related to the quality of the information provided in the securities market of Vietnam, show what the new requirements for the publication of information meet and limit. Along with this, the authors also assess the state of affairs with the publication of information from public companies in the securities market and offer solutions to the problems aimed at improving the quality of information publications for the coming period.
