Соотношение этнической идентичности с ценностными ориентациями личности (на примере дагестанской студенческой молодёжи)

Цель данного исследования заключается в выявлении и эмпирическом обосновании влияния этнической идентичности на формирование ценностных ориентаций личности в ранней юности. Методы. Методика «Типы этнической идентичности» Г. У. Солдатовой, С. В. Рыжовой; методика «Уровень соотношения «ценности» и «доступности» в различных жизненных сферах» Е. Б. Фанталовой; методика «Диагностика социально-психологических установок личности в мотивационно-потребностной сфере» О. Ф. Потёмкиной. Результат. Установлено, что личность с выраженным типом этнической идентичности, характеризующимся дискриминационными формами межэтнических отношений, отличается выраженной ориентацией на деньги и склонна к властному поведению. Вывод. Изучение и определение типа этнической идентичности студентов способствует эффективному формированию и развитию их ценностно-смысловой сферы в период обучения в условиях полиэтнической среды.

The Correlation of Ethnic Identity with the Person's Value Orientations (Through the Example of the Dagestan Student Youth)

The aim of this study is to identify and empirically substantiate the influence of ethnic identity on the formation of value orientations in early youth. Methods. Soldatov G. U., Ryzhov S. V. technique “Types of ethnic identity”; Fantalov E. B. technique “Level of correlation of “value” and “availability” in different life sphere”; Potemkin O. F. technique “Diagnostics of person's social and psychological attitudes in motivational and requirement sphere”. Result. It is found that a person with expressed type of ethnic identity, characterized by discriminatory forms of inter-ethnic relations is notable for express money orientation and imperious. Conclusion. The study and determination of the type of ethnic identity of students contributes to the effective formation and development of their value-semantic sphere during the period of study at university in a multi-ethnic environment.
