Features of the state and imperious discourse inthe conditions of development of digital communications

The article presents the results of theanalysis of the consequences for the state-power discourseconnected with the development of Internetcommunications. The author reveals the tendencies ofincreasing the role of the power discourse on the Internetwith the representation of the modern image of politics.The conducted research confirms the hypothesis aboutthe transition from the subject-object to the subject-subject model of political discourse, set by digitaltechnologies. The tendencies of formation of the system of"discursive democracy" are revealed. The author opposesthe widespread approach to depriving the state in theconditions of the development of Internetcommunications of its former axiological functions. Thearticle proves the presence of the factor influence of theInternet on the discursive tendencies of re-ideologizationin the positioning of national states. The authorsubstantiates the change in the new conditions of thestructure and content of the political text, the growingsubjectivity of politics in modern discursive space.
