ОСОБЕННОСТИ КЛАССИФИКАЦИИ ЮРИДИЧЕСКИХ ОБЯЗАННОСТЕЙ

В данной статье рассмотрены основные аспекты особенностей классификации юридических обязанностей. Выявлена необходимость классификации юридических обязанностей. Выделены основные юридические обязанности. Даны различные классификации обязанностей. Рассмотрена классификация юридических обязанностей на примере Конституции СССР 1936 г. Перечислены сферы прав, свобод и обязанностей человека и гражданина. Кроме того, изучены основные обязанности субъектов Российской Федерации.

This article discusses the main aspects of the classification of legal obligations. The need for the classification of legal duties has been identified. The main legal responsibilities are highlighted. Different classifications of duties are given. The classification of legal duties is considered on the example of the Constitution of the USSR 1936. The spheres of rights, freedoms and duties of a person and citizen are listed. In addition, the basic responsibilities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation have been studied.
