ЗАРУБЕЖНЫЙ ОПЫТ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В СУДОПРОИЗВОДСТВЕ

В данной статье анализируется опыт внедрения и использования информационных технологий в зарубежных странах для организации деятельности судопроизводства. Данная тема является актуальной, особенно в настоящий момент, в период распространения пандемии. Автор показывает, как использование достижений научно- технического прогресса используется для улучшения и оптимизации работы судов, а также для наиболее быстрого осуществления правосудия.В статье рассматривается существующая в зарубежных странах система управления движением дела, которая включает электронную регистрацию, определение режима прохождения дела в суде, контроль за продвижением дела, обеспечение эффективной связи с представителями сторон, непрерывную оценку работы системы, а также автоматизацию процесса управления делом.

This article analyzes the experience of introduction and use of information technologies in foreign countries for the organization of legal proceedings. This topic is relevant, especially at the moment, when the pandemic is spreading. The author shows how the use of scientific and technological progress is used to improve and optimize the work of courts, as well as for the fastest implementation of justice.The article discusses the existing system of case management in foreign countries, which includes electronic registration, determining the mode of passing the case in court, monitoring the progress of the case, ensuring effective communication with representatives of the parties, continuous evaluation of the system, as well as automation of the case management process.
