Строительная отрасль оказывает сильнейшее влияние на экономику, окружающую среду и общество в целом, как на национальном, так и на мировом уровне, являясь обслуживающей отраслью по отношению к другим отраслям и одновременным их двигателем. В настоящий момент на строительную отрасль приходится 6% мирового валового внутреннего продукта. Являясь крупнейшим мировым потребителем сырья, строительная отрасль зависит от множества глобальных факторов, исследование которых позволяет прогнозировать перспективы развития отрасли. В статье освещаются факторы, оказывающие влияние на мировой строительный рынок, в том числе наиболее актуальный из них в современных условиях - пандемия в результате распространения коронавируса COVID-19. Статья характеризует основные тенденции развития строительной отрасли разных стран мира, наиболее пострадавших от пандемии, в их числе США, Германия, Китай, Испания, Италия. Кроме того, в статье совещается также состояние рынка строительных услуг России в условиях распространения коронавируса COVID-19. Также рассмотрены антикризисные меры, которые принимаются правительством указанных стран с целью поддержания рынка строительных услуг в условиях объявленного карантина и пандемии коронавирус COVID-19.

The article highlights the factors that affect the global construction market, including the most relevant of them in modern conditions - the pandemic as a result of the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. The article describes the main trends in the development of the construction industry in different countries of the world, most affected by the pandemic, including the United States, Germany, China, Spain, and Italy. In addition, the article also discusses the state of the Russian construction services market in the context of the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus. Anti-crisis measures taken by the government of these countries to support the construction services market in the conditions of declared quarantine and the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic are also considered.
