ИСТОРИЧЕСКИЕ СЮЖЕТЫ О РОЛИ ГОСУДАРСТВА И ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ В РОССИИ: АКТУАЛЬНЫЙ ПОЛИТОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ РАКУРС

В статье исследуется процесс отношения к роли и значению государственной образовательной политики царской и советской России, как она формировалась в общественном сознании и интеллектуальной среде. Дизайн исследования, используя структуру исторических сюжетов с фиксированием эффектов государственной образовательной политики, позволяет оценить взаимосвязь между качеством государственной образовательной политики и результатами развития народного образования в России. И предложить ряд основополагающих элементов политики прошлых эпох в качестве базовых оснований качественного развития будущей государственной образовательной политики.

The article examines the attitude to the role and significance of the state educational policy in tsarist and Soviet Russia, the process of its formation in the public consciousness and intellectual environment. The design of the study, using the structure of historical plots and recordings of the effects of the state educational policy, allows us to assess the relationship between the quality of state educational policy and the results of its development in Russia. The study allows the author to suggest some fundamental elements of the policy of the past eras as the foundation for the qualitative development of the future state educational policy.
