АФРИКАНСКАЯ КОНТИНЕНТАЛЬНАЯ ЗОНА СВОБОДНОЙ ТОРГОВЛИ (AFCFTA): СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЕ И ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОЕ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЕ НА СТРАНЫ АФРИКИ К ЮГУ ОТ САХАРЫ И ЕЕ ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ

В статье рассмотрено социально-экономическое и политическое воздействие Африканской континентальной зоны свободной торговли на развитие стран Африки, а так же ее дальнейшие перспективы. В условиях глобального экономического кризиса, AfCFTA является одним из наиболее знаковых проектов Африканского Союза (АС) в рамках Африканской повестки дня до 2063 года. Этот проект был одобрен Саммитом Африканского Союза в 2018 году и считается неотложной инициативой, немедленное осуществление которой, приведет к быстрым результатам по улучшению социально-экономического развития стран Африки в общем и особенно стран, расположенных к югу от Сахары.

AFRICAN CONTINENTAL FREE TRADE AREA (AFCFTA): SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL IMPACT ON SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA AND ITS PROSPECTS

The article discusses the socio-economic, political impacts and future prospects of the African continental free trade zone. In the context of the global economic crisis, (AfCFTA) is one of the most significant projects within the framework of the African Agenda 2063 of the African Union (AU). This project was approved by the African Union Summit in 2018 and is considered an urgent initiative; its immediate implementation will lead to quick results, affect the socio-econom- ic development of African countries in general and especially for sub-Saharan Africa, provide more confidence to Africans and strengthen their commitment to achievements of the goal of Agenda 2063
