Теоретические аспекты влияния цифровизации на управление НИР и ОКР предприятия космического приборостроения

В современных условиях НИР и ОКР становятся основой обеспечения конкурентоспособности высокотехнологичных предприятий (в частности, предприятий космического приборостроения). Цифровизация экономики накладывает существенные изменения на привычные процессы реализации НИР и ОКР. В данной связи авторы исследуют научные труды в области влияния цифровизации на управление НИР и ОКР высокотехнологичных организаций, выделяют факторы, влияющие на эффективность НИР и ОКР, а также основные подходы к оценке их эффективности. При этом авторы отмечают перечень задач, не решенных в настоящее время в научной литературе, однако требующих решения в целях обеспечения эффективности НИР и ОКР высокотехнологичных предприятий.

In modern conditions, research and development and development work are becoming the basis for ensuring the competitiveness of high-tech enterprises (in particular, enterprises of space instrumentation). The digitalization of the economy imposes significant changes on the usual processes of implementing research and development work. In this regard, the authors investigate scientific works in the field of the impact of digitalization on the management of R&D of high-tech organizations, highlight the factors that affect the effectiveness of R&D, as well as the main approaches to assessing their effectiveness. At the same time, the authors note a list of problems that have not been solved at present in the scientific literature, but require solutions in order to ensure the effectiveness of research and development work of high-tech enterprises.
