Реализация управленческой концепции "бережливого здравоохранения" в медицинских организациях

Исследованы возможности внедрения управленческой концепции «бережливого здравоохранения» в стационарные и поликлинические организации. Классифицированы основные элементы бережливого здравоохранения. Предложен ряд конкретных мер по внедрению бережливого здравоохранения в поликлиники и стационары, сведенный авторами в ряд подходов в зависимости от источника внедрения, срочности и комплексности. По результатам исследования сделан вывод о своевременности и целесообразности внедрения бережливого здравоохранения в медицинские организации.

Implementation of the management concept of "lean healthcare" in medical organizations

The possibilities of introducing the management concept of «lean healthcare» in stationary and outpatient organizations are investigated. The main elements of lean healthcare are classified. Several specific measures are proposed for the implementation of lean healthcare in polyclinics and hospitals; the authors reduced them to several approaches depending on the source of application, urgency, and complexity. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion was drawn about the timeliness and feasibility of introducing lean healthcare in medical organizations.
