Данная статья рассказывает о проблеме реконструкции и реставрации промышленного наследия. Так же рассказано о глубине проблемы сохранения индустриального наследия, о тех, кто уже занимался этой проблемой в архитектуре и в науке. В статье показаны способы ведения реконструкции и приведены интересные примеры. В конце статьи автор даёт рекомендации в отношении реконструкции промышленных объектов. Статья показывает результаты анализа исторических промышленных зданий, их трансформацию под различные функции. Даются предпосылки воссоздания старинного производства на реконструированных предприятиях.

MODERN RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE

This article tells about the problem of reconstruction and restoration of industrial heritage. It is also told about the depth of the problem ofpreserving the industrial heritage, about those who have already dealt with this problem in architecture and science. The article shows the methods of reconstruction and provides interesting examples. At the end of the article, the author gives recommendations for the reconstruction of industrial facilities. The article shows the results of the analysis of historical industrial buildings, their transformation for various functions. The prerequisites for recreating the old production at the reconstructed enterprises are given.
