СТРАНЫ АФРИКИ: ПРОБЛЕМА ИДЕНТИЧНОСТИ И СТРАТЕГИИ РАЗВИТИЯ В XXI ВЕКЕ

В статье представлены три сценария перспективной стратегии развития для африканского континента, где современное африканское государство принимает вызовы глобализации в условиях актуализации проблемы идентичности в Африке или глубочайшего кризиса индивидуального и группового во всех его формах. Показано, что в условиях нарастающей международной неопределенности интеграция с международными объединениями с участием России может обеспечить эффективность достижения главного результата - улучшения качества жизни населения в африканских странах.

African Countries in the 21st Сentury: the Problem of Identity and Strategies of Development

The article presents three scenarios of a promising development strategy for the African continent, where the modern African state accepts the challenges of globalization in the context of the actualization of the identity problem in Africa or the deepest crisis of individual and group in all its forms. It is shown that in conditions of growing international uncertainty, integration with international associations with the participation of Russia can ensure the effectiveness of achieving the main result - improving the quality of life of the population in African countries.
