The article presents a method of risk analysis in the implementation of high-tech projects based on sensitivity assessment. The authors state that risk analysis contributes to the success of its implementation and reduce losses occurring during its implementation. The hypothesis of this study is that the timely and complete identification of risks in high-tech projects contributes to the success of its implementation and reduces losses that occur during its implementation. Practical value is the search for risk analysis methods that maximize the accuracy of their identification in high-tech enterprises. The novelty of the study is determined by the possibility of applying the presented risk analysis model in other high-tech projects. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2020.
