Primary knee joint endoprosthesis replacement using TiN coated components

The authors performed a retrospective analysis of the data, reviewed and studied the treatment results of 113 patients who underwent primary total knee joint endoprosthesis replacement to treatgonarthrosis. The patients were divided into two groups in order to compare functional results. The first main group consisted of 59 patients who had a TiN-coated knee joint replacement prosthesis. The second group consisted of 54 patients with degenerative lesions of the knee joints, who received endoprostheses made from CoCrMo. © 2020, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc..
