The ECOWAS Court: Its Jurisdiction and Organizational and Legal Structure

The article examines the role of international justice institutions in the process of regional integration in Africa. It is shown that jurisdiction bodies set up in the corresponding integration associations have played a key role in achieving positive results. In this connection, particular attention is given to various aspects of the activity of the ECOWAS Court, including an analysis of the documents forming the basis of its activity.
