Практические вопросы идентификации и регламентации бизнеспроцессов на предприятиях ракетно-космической отрасли

Актуальность исследования вызвана объективной необходимостью регламентации бизнес-процессов, протекающих на предприятиях ракетно-космической отрасли, которая позволила бы сократить сроки их осуществления. Данная проблема рассмотрена авторами на примере бизнес-процесса заключения договора с определением его входа, выхода, описанием полномочий владельца процесса и выявлением наиболее часто встречающихся проблемных ситуаций. Современные тенденции в управлении подталкивают предприятия к автоматизации процессов. Стадия идентификации и регламентации бизнес-процесса зачастую опускается, что ведет к невозможности формирования автоматизированной системы выполнения бизнес-процесса.

Practicalities of identification and regulation of business processes at the enterprises of rocket and space industry

The relevance of the study is due to the objective need to regulate business processes occurring in the enterprises of the rocket and space industry, which would reduce the time needed to complete business processes. The authors considers the problem on the example of the conclusion of a contract business process with the definition of its entry, exit, description of the process owner’s powers and identification of the most common problem situations. Current trends in management are pushing enterprises to automate processes. The stage of identification and regulation of a business process is often omitted, which makes it impossible to form an automated system for carrying out a business process.
