ФУНДАМЕНТАЛЬНОЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ АНАЛИЗА ФИРМЫ НА ОСНОВЕ ПРИНЦИПОВ КОРПОРАТИВНЫХ ФИНАНСОВ

В статье установлены особенности анализа компании на основе принципов корпоративных финансов, и определено значение применения этого подхода в рыночных условиях. Охарактеризована система финансовых решений компании, определены ключевые особенности корпорации как публичного общества акционерного типа. Сформулирована проблема различия интересов собственников, менеджеров и членов совета директоров акционерного общества. Установлено различие бухгалтерской и экономической прибыли, уточнено значение последней для определения того, создает ли компания прибыль, сопоставимую с рисками бизнеса. Акцентировано внимание на приращении стоимости компании как цели фирмы.

THE FUNDAMENTAL IMPORTANCE OF THE ANALYSIS OF THE COMPANY BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF CORPORATE FINANCE

The article establishes the features of the analysis of the company based on the principles of corporate finance, and determines the importance of applying this approach in market conditions. The system of financial decisions of the company is characterized, the key features of the corporation as a public company of joint stock type are determined. The problem of differences in the interests of owners, managers and members of the board of directors of a joint stock company is formulated. The difference between accounting and economic profit has been established, the value of the latter has been clarified to determine whether the company creates a profit comparable to the risks of the business. Attention is focused on incrementing the value of the company as the goal of the company.
