ШОС КАК ОДИН ИЗ ФОРМАТОВ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ ГОСУДАРСТВ СНГ

В настоящей статье рассмотрены вопросы, касающиеся этапов развития интеграционных процессов на пространстве СНГ. В работе подтверждается мысль о том, что за короткий исторический отрезок времени ШОС прошла эволюцию от консультативного механизма соседних государств по урегулированию пограничных вопросов и укреплению мер доверия в военной области до многопрофильной международной организации со значительным военно-экономическим потенциалом. Начав с сотрудничества в борьбе против международного терроризма, сепаратизма и политического экстремизма, она расширила рамки своей деятельности на экономическую сферу, а затем и на такие области, как здравоохранение, образование, культура, туризм и др., что свидетельствует о том, что Организация создана не только для содержания деструктивных сил, но и для сближения народов стран-участниц в целях дальнейшего роста их экономик и улучшения благосостояния граждан.

In this article deals with the issues of formation and development of the SCO: development stages of integration processes in the CIS; the SCO as one of the integration formats of the CIS States; In this work confirms the idea that for a short period, the SCO evolved from the consultative mechanism of the neighboring countries on border issues and confidence-building measures in the military field to a diversified international organization with a significant military-economic potential. Starting with cooperation in the fight against international terrorism, separatism and political extremism, it expanded the scope of its activities in the economic sphere and then on areas such as health, education, culture, tourism, etc., which suggests that the Organization created not only for keeping destructive forces but also to rapprochement of the peoples of the participating countries to further grow their economies and improve the welfare of citizens.
