УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ВТОРИЧНЫМИ МАТЕРИАЛЬНЫМИ РЕСУРСАМИ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ ЛПК

В представленной статье дан анализ процесса управления вторичными материальными ресурсами (ВМР) на предприятиях лесопромышленного комплекса (ЛПК), рассмотрен порядок внедрения в производственный процесс инновационных технологий, а также процесс создания новой продукции и использование новейших методов управления структурными подразделениями ЛПК в современных условиях. Уделено особое внимание сфере создания новейших видов биотоплива, инновационным материалам, которые используются в современном строительстве, а также новым формам организации бизнеса, способствующим развитию различных отраслей ЛПК.

MANAGEMENT OF SECONDARY MATERIAL RESOURCES LPK COMPANIES

The article presents an analysis of the management process of secondary material resources (WMD) at the enterprises of the timber industry complex, the procedure for introducing innovative technologies into the production process, as well as the process of creating new products and using the latest management methods for the structural divisions of the forestry complex in modern conditions. Special attention was paid to the creation of new types of biofuels, innovative materials that are used in modern construction, as well as new forms of business organization that contribute to the development of various branches of the forestry complex.
