ГЕМО- И ЛИМФОМИКРОЦИРКУЛЯЦИЯ В ЯЗЫКЕ В НОРМЕ И ПРИ ПРОВЕДЕНИИ ОККЛЮЗИОННОЙ ПРОБЫ

Целью исследования являлось изучение показателей тканевой гемо- и лимфомикроциркуляции в слизистой оболочке у здоровых мужчин в норме и при циркуляторной гипоксии. В работе обследовано двадцать мужчин, в возрасте от 19 до 27 лет. Исследование гемо- и лимфоциркуляции проводили с помощью лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии в слизистой оболочке - на боковой поверхности средней трети языка. Результаты показали, что значения показателей перфузии гемоциркуляции больше лимфоциркуляции в нормальных условиях гемодинамики. В период окклюзии на слизистой языка выявлено усиление лимфотока. В постокклюзионном периоде в слизистой языка значение показателя гемоциркуляции были меньше в сравнении с исходным уровнем, а показатели лимфоциркуляции превышали исходные значения.

HEMO- AND LYMPHY MICROCIRCULATION IN THE TONGUE IN NORMALITY AND WHEN CONDUCTING OCCLUSAL TESTS

The aim of the study was to study the indicators of tissue hemo- and lymphomacirculation in the mucous membrane in healthy men in normal conditions and during circulatory hypoxia. The study examined twenty men, aged 19 to 27 years. The study of blood and lymphocirculation was performed using laser doppler flowmetry in the mucosa - on the lateral surface of the middle third of the tongue. The results showed that the values of hemocirculation perfusion indices more than lymphocirculation under normal hemodynamic conditions. During the period of occlusion on the mucous membrane of the tongue, an increase in the lymph flow was revealed. In the post-occlusal period, the value of the hemocirculation index in the tongue mucosa was lower compared to the initial level, and the lymphocirculation indices exceeded the initial values.
