IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STATE SUPERVISION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF SELF-REGULATORY ORGANIZATIONS OF CADASTRAL ENGINEERS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE MOSCOW REGION

According to article 4 of the Federal Law of 24.07.2007 No. 221-FZ (as amended on 06.03.2019) "On cadastral activities", cadastral activities are the performance of works in respect of immovable property in accordance with the requirements established by federal law, which result in the preparation of documents containing necessary for the implementation of state cadastre registration of real estate information about such real estate, and the provision of services in cases established by federal law. The federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the state supervision authority) exercises state supervision of the activities of self-regulating organizations of cadastral engineers, the national association of self-regulating organizations of cadastral engineers (hereinafter referred to as state supervision), maintaining the state register of self-regulating organizations of cadastral engineers and maintaining registry cadastral engineers. In their article, the authors reveal the main directions and problems in the implementation of state supervision over the activities of cadastral engineers in the Moscow region.
