Rabbit breeding is an important growing industry in many countries around the world. Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract are widespread in young rabbits, the main cause is nutritional aspects (violations of feeding and care technologies, poor feed quality, etc.), which leads to a decrease in productivity, resistance to pathogenic microflora and death. All this is a deterrent to the development of the industry. This review examines the effectiveness of the main and most successful and frequently used probiotic preparations that are used in rabbit breeding. Effective doses and methods of use are proposed. A favorable impact on the preservation of young animals and an increase in meat productivity was noted, making it possible to provide a safe and dietary product of animal husbandry to the population of the country. Scientific studies show that the average daily gain in live weight can increase by 10-18% depending on the type of probiotic preparation, while the preservation of livestock can reach 100%. In hematological studies, an increased hemoglobin level is noted, which indicates a positive effect of the drug. The use of recent probiotic drugs in different forms is a very promising direction in the practice of feeding farm animals and requires comprehensive further research.
