STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE LABOR POTENTIAL OF THE REGIONS OF THE CENTRAL FEDERAL DISTRICT

The basis of the labor potential of a country or region is the population. The article is devoted to the analysis of labor potential of the regions of the Central federal district, one of the most important districts of the country. The study was conducted in two stages. Firstly, we analyzed the quantity and structure of labor resources of the district. Main trends in the development of labor resources were identified. We saw the increase of the labor force provoked by increase in Moscow and Moscow region. We saw the decrease of labor force in agriculture. Secondly, we analyzed the unemployed population. We saw the decrease of this kind of population.
