BENEFITS AND HARMS OF VEGETABLE OILS

Fats should be included in the daily diet of a person. Some of them are indispensable and must be present in food, because they provide the body with energy. Lack of fat in food can lead to poor health, as they are involved in the formation of a few hormones in the human body. A large proportion of the cell membrane consists of this substance. However, not all oils can be used in food. When checking the quality of vegetable oils pay attention to indicators: transparency, color, taste and smell. To obtain all the necessary substances the body should not give preference to any one type of oil: oil is better to combine and alternate.
