In nature, nitrogen exists in different forms, which among these comprises of mineral and organic forms of nitrogen in the soil and also gaseous form of N2 in the atmosphere. It is well known that in the atmosphere there is 78-80% of nitrogen, which is in gaseous form, plants do not easily access this form of nitrogen, it must first be converted in an accessible form for plants to be able absorb it. The form of N uptake in plants is determined by its availability and accessibility. According to the series of experiments carried out by different scientists, shows two forms of nitrogen which plants find it easy to absorb, these are well known + + as nitrates NO3 and ammonium ions NH4 . The objectives of the study were to verify the loss of nitrogen in different PH soil samples and temperature conditions. The study method used was comparative analysis of different soil samples with different PH value and temperature conditions.
