This work is the investigation which is based on the articles of the Columbian newspapers where the authores used the bibleisms. We can see the reasons and the progressive tendency of using the words with Bible roots in the Columbian press. Moreover, the investigation contains the real statistics about the expansion of catholic religion in Columbia.
