Статья посвящена развитию социально-трудовой сферы в условиях становления цифровой экономики. Рассмотрены понятие и структура социально- трудовой сферы и цифровой экономики, проблемы трансформации социально-трудовой сферы в период перехода к рыночной экономике, особенности развития социально- трудовой сферы в условиях формирования цифровой экономики, обозначена роль человека и человеческого капитала в цифровой экономике, выделены основные направления, которые определяют эффективное развитие цифровой экономики России, определены основы формирования эффективного трудового потенциала, а так же представлены условия для успешного функционирования рынка труда.
